Learning Support

Our aim for all our pupils is to help each individual to fulfil his or her academic potential. This is achieved through skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic teaching in small classes and by differentiating the expectation and work for each child. A small number of pupils with minor difficulties work happily in mainstream classes and receive extra tuition known as Learning Support.

We are very proud of our excellent Learning Support Unit and are able to offer children which require help, the support that they need from our fully-qualified and professional Learning Support Teachers (Special Needs Coordinator.) Parents are consulted if a teacher feels that their child would benefit from attending the Learning Support Unit and parents are always welcome to request an assessment if they feel their child needs help.
